I used to have a vibrom. They were fine except the pair I received were not exactly the same. There was rubber on top that didn't sit in the same place on both feet. Where the rubber sat on the left side, the shoe felt tight and I could feel tension in the arch of the foot. The right side was a good fit. I didn't like how high these shoes came up to my ankle, but to be honest my previous pair of Vibrams sat low on my foot, below my ankle. So it's more of a preference than an actual problem. The soles of these shoes also felt a bit stiffer than my last pair. Depending on how you use these shoes and what you are comfortable in, this can be both a positive and a negative factor. I am returning this pair due to manufacturing differences between both sides and will be looking for something that goes a little below the ankle. Usually women fit me 7.5, I ordered 38 Vibrams, they fit perfectly except for a defect in the shoe.
