Stiff handles work best for fish and aquatic animals

love the design and color. The soil wasn't heavy enough to support the plant. I bought this milkweed for my beta to protect her fins but it doesn't flow due to its stiffness. I had to cut off part of the length, and after that the feathered part just started falling off.

Many bristles fell off

I really wanted to like her because I heard a lot of good reviews and read great reviews. However, when rinsing, so many bristles came loose that they were no longer full and fluffy. I thought they would look better in an aquarium but they looked wilted and sad and after a day or two I noticed more bristles had fallen off. Very disappointed.

Very pretty but shed!

I really liked it in my aquarium. With the flow it was fluid and the color was light. However, over time the filament/leaves began to fall off. I know two of my fish ate scraps. No one has died (yet); but I've since removed all those stylish plants from my tank. Unfortunately, because I really liked the look, but I can't imagine how good it is for the fish when these pieces swim around in the aquarium!

Skinny but decent plants.

Soft, colorful, the perfect height for my 5 gallon battle tank. I was confident in using them knowing my betta could swim through them without tearing his beautiful fins. The only downside is that they don't give the fish a place to "sit". Fighting cocks like to rest near the water's surface, which is a bit uncomfortable with these plants as they don't have traditional leaves to use as a 'perch'. Also, the price is a bit high considering you need several of these to fill a decent tank. However,

Too thin and ends

This is a tall plant (18 inches) that fits my 75 gallon well. I say fit because it started falling apart after about 4 months so I threw it away. .I liked the soil holder because it looks like brown gravel (not the pink soil like some artificial plants.) But it was too thin, it looks much fuller in the photo. And capsized all the time, even with a weak current. I had to sort of braid it into my other plant because the slightest current could toss it to one side. It ended up just lying on the…

Edit - Fallen apart - Terrible

Edit: This plant has soft hairs that look like orange bristles. After a few weeks in the aquarium, all of the orange "hairs" on a large orange crime scene came off. The orange bristle-like strands of hair were in the filter and stuck in other plants and rocks. It was terrible. Very disappointed. Definitely not recommend. This plant will make a great addition to my aquarium thanks to its bright orange color. It feels soft. My only problem is with my giant Pleco, not the plant. Because it's…

Not what I got 3 years ago

I bought this exact plant from a local pet store 3 years ago and it is a lot thinner than the old one. I don't know why, it's the same company and style except for the T. I still have it in my aquarium and wanted a different one. They get a lot of dirt, just like uneaten food, so you'll have to take them out and clean them every water change or they won't keep their color as bright. If you let them get nasty, all you have to do is mix 1 cup of bleach with 1 gallon of water in the sink and leave
