Based on my experience, this instant caramel latte mix produces a delicious, creamy and frothy drink that satisfies my sweet cravings. It’s convenient and easy to make, perfect for busy mornings or lazy afternoons. The only downside is it's a bit too sweet, but that’s easily fixed by using less mix or adding more coffee. Overall, a great purchase and highly recommended for caramel latte lovers!

I noticed that some reviewers find this coffee underpowered and others find it perfect. I agree with both sides. I made the first cup on the solid 8 ounce setting. The coffee was flavorless and tasted "cheap" and watery. As soon as I switched to the strong 6 ounce setting, the coffee came alive. it was strong and smooth. So I'm deducting a star because while it's a great price per cup, each cup is smaller than what I usually drink (Petes or similar).

I don't know what happened, I've been buying this for about a year now, I bought two boxes, one for home and one for the office. When I made a 10oz cup as usual it seemed very weak, I thought I was tired and didn't set a new cup but accidentally reused the previous one so I poured my coffee, made a new one and did it the same. very weak.
