These knives are the best. I wanted to order them in a wooden block instead of rolls, but that will probably work better in the long run. I still have 1972 Victorinox knives. I've only lost a few over the years. I sharpen them, of course, but they are second to none in quality and very cheap in price. Delivery was super prompt!
