I like it! The Best in Power & Hand Tools

I was considering buying a $100-$120 knife but after reading some reviews this knife came out as the best value for money. I bought it for $22.50. The handle has a comfortable texture that prevents slipping, the blade is sharp and flexible. I love it, I've been using it since opening the video and it works for me.

Love the sharpness and flexibility

It has the perfect amount of flexibility for boning, I'm so happy boning a chicken with it compared to what I've done before, it really is like tag and Night. I had no idea how easy and enjoyable it is to use the right tool for the job. I've used this for various things and it's always a pleasure. The Fibrox Pen is one of the best inventions. I love the grip and feel in my hand, the balance is amazing.

Don't look away from this knife

OMG! I have NEVER owned a knife that sharp. It was so sharp I ran with it at arm's length, just in case. I warned my wife to step back as I carried him into the kitchen. This "horror movie" thing is edgy. Jokes aside, I really like this knife. Many years ago I threw away my boning knife and finally bought a new one. This steel can take the edge and hold it. You will love this knife. Just don't get mad.

BLUNT Tip cannot pierce skin

The item description specifically boasts a sharp, pointed tip that easily pierces skin. However, the knife I received had a BLUNT tip. I didn't realize it until I had cut the turkey's neck and had to use surprisingly hard pressure to get it through (making what was supposed to be a quick process more difficult). Not cool. I compared it to a very cheap $3 knife I've used before and the difference in their tips was night and day! (See uploaded image of both blade tips.) It's possible they just…

Definitely buy if you need this type of knife.

I have owned several knives of this type. I'm someone who cares more about how a product works than how it looks. I love the look of this knife, but it's the performance that makes me love it. If you've never owned a Victorinox Fibrox knife, do yourself a favor and order one to try. Fits well in the hand and offers a good grip. I started with one, now I have about 10 knives from butcher to chef. In addition to great handles, Victorinox knives are very sharp and stay that way for a long time…

Wow! I only bought these because I gave away some Victorinox paring knives for Christmas and the person called and said they were really, really good. So since I have a chef's knife I thought I'd buy a boning knife as it's good for tomatoes and fish too; and cheese comes out Super hot, light and versatile. Holds an edge well and is easy to sharpen with my chef's choice sharpener. (which I bought cheaper than these at Target). You can put it in the dishwasher. but I would never do that with a…

This is exactly the knife I needed!

Summer! Here in South Florida we won't even leave April until the 90's hit, so yes, it's summer and that means BBQ! (Honestly, I barbecue all year round, so it's not just summer, but it was good preparation.) Back at the track, I spend a lot of my summer days throwing barbecues (like last weekend). Of course, no barbecue is complete without a few ribs. Cutting them beautifully requires a combination of sharpness and flexibility. This Victorinox boning blade is the perfect tool for the job. Excellent quality knives at an affordable price

We process a lot of meat at home. From animals we grow; such as chickens, ducks and rabbits; the ones we catch like deer, fish and gar turtles. For this reason, it is imperative that we have a quality knife. For me, good quality means that the handle should be comfortable for both my small hand and my husband's big hand, the knife should not be too heavy, but not ultra-light either. The length, angle of the blade and edge retention are also extremely important. This knife exceeded all my…
