Vidbix enables your customers to explain their issues by recording their screen+voice without the need to install anything on their side. It’s easier to explain for your customers and provides all the context to your agents to solve issues faster and personally. Vidbix is fully integrated into Intercom and Zendesk (more coming soon) or can be used stand-alone.

Great tool in order get immediate feedback from your customers

Vidbix is easy to use, it allows you to have an instant chat with the users of the platform and also allows you to record the conversation. The application is very intuitive and I find it very simple to understand its features.The customer service department was very responsive when we had any questions or problems. There were some minor bugs that didn't allow us to capture video recordings but they have been fixed quickly and now everything works as expected. We are using Vidbix to improve our
