VideoFruit Review

I've been working with VF for over 4 years now, mostly in our Content Manager Pro product but also on some projects as an account representative - always great! They are responsive, knowledgeable AND good at what they do! It's hard NOT like them. The only thing that bugs me sometimes is having multiple conversations going about one project all while waiting for approval or changes from someone higher up within the organization. I find the ability of creating autoresponders easy to do. Also, being able to create drip campaigns is also super handy! The only thing that I do not like about Videofruit is that some of the things seem clunky like having to enter each subscriber individually. Maybe this is because it was my first time using their platform but having all these tasks at one place made it easier and I can do them much quicker. I started with them because they were recommended by my colleague who has used their services before, so that's great! They've been really helpful in getting me set up for success right from day one (even though it was only three weeks). There is nothing about this service or experience as of yet which could be considered negative at all - other than perhaps there are better alternatives out there if you're looking elsewhere already?
