I'm getting older and wanted a huge monitor for my laptop when I'm working from home, rather than carrying a 17 inch monitor with me when I travel. This monitor came in at a great price, got good reviews and when I plugged it in, wow it looks great.

plug and play I use it as a "big" monitor when using my laptop at home. It's nothing at all. It comes with a stand but can also be wall mounted. Power cord and VGA cable in box. If you are a Mac user, you need a VGA adapter to get to any type of output you have on your Mac laptop. The monitor also has a DVI connector, but this cable is not included. I have no problems with the picture quality at all.

Good for the size BUT the screen is too bright and when you try to set it to "Eco" or turn the brightness down it makes a loud and constant buzz. Even if you try to tweak it, you will never get the right colors. I think it's not worth the money, bad cheap design. Also uncomfortable menus and buttons will drive you crazy.

I was tired of looking at the small monitor my computer came with and I wanted something more. It was the biggest I could find without being a TV. The price was great and so far no complaints. I'm not a techie so can't talk about things like refresh rates etc but I've had it for a few months now with no problems and I get quite a few compliments.

My previous monitor of an unknown brand died unexpectedly just before Christmas so I was in dire need of a replacement. I tried the local computer store but had to pay more for a monitor I wasn't that happy with. The only downside to this monitor is that it didn't come with a DVI cable but it's a good, bright and nice looking monitor with a 3 year guarantee so I'm very happy with it.

So far we have been very happy with our new TV. For some reason it seems to take a long time to "warm up" when you first turn it on, but that doesn't matter. Color representation is slightly distorted with a lot of photo editing, but for basic use the power/heat consumption is not excessive and it is not straining on the eyes. For the price this is a great buy.

First of all I would like to say that this monitor is of good quality and does an excellent job in games and all the tasks that I have given it. I have no complaints about his work or his design.
