Great Customer Service!

UPDATE September 2020:I contacted customer service and David has been nothing but helpful. They are making it right and that's always a surefire sign of a company that cares. I appreciate them working with us on this and would consider buying from HL again the future.Thanks,Kate-------We bought one as many have during COVID quarantine when our gym was closed. However, I don't use it as often as I should because the main shaft does not seem to be straight, and causes a lot of squeaking. We have…

2 weeks and enjoying it

This is a great option for an at home workout bike. I've had it for 2 weeks now, used it 10 times. The bike is study, the seat is obviously not worn in (which is great!) but can leave you feeling quite sore. On a level surface the bike is study and doesn't wobble, and I don't hear clicking when you're paddling the paddles; if you do hear it maybe you're just in too low of a gear. I recommend this bike for anyone looking for a nice alternative for working out at home.

Pros
  • It's an excellent investment for people looking to achieve their fitness goals without having to leave their homes
Cons
  • The bike may not be suitable for users who prefer a more interactive or immersive workout experience

As a short person, I was finding it tough to track down a stationary bike online that I could absolutely confirm would fit me. I wanted something with a heavy flywheel. I wanted something at a lower price point. And it was early enough in the pandemic that the ones I could find in places like Consumer Reports were snapped up and had long waiting lists. I took the risk on this one and it’s been worth every penny and so much more. I’ve ridden it almost everyday since it arrived (from May to…

Pros
  • The manufacturer provides clear assembly instructions, ensuring that users don't struggle with the installation process
Cons
  • The bike may not have enough adjustability for users with different body types

Ughhh, seat is uncomfortable.

Not too hard to put together. Squeaking is a issue when spouse is asleep, I also where head phones. Everything is tightened on bike. And of course the seat is so uncomfortable.

Pros
  • It provides users with a range of workout options that ensure they never get bored
Cons
  • The bike may not be suitable for users with balance issues or other physical limitations
