You'll need tight drill press tolerances to get the full benefit of what you're paying for, but the bits I received have the least roundness of any less expensive bit I've found anywhere. I just want them to offer them in the full 64th level index. There are no regrets here.

These bits compare very well to other inexpensive sets. There is no concentricity and very precise drilling without tearing. Also, unlike other sets, the smaller bits (less than 1/8 inch) are actually canted rods. Even if they are more expensive, they fully justify the extra charge.

Bit unfair to watch bits cutting wood. They are cool. . . BUT it's crazy that Viking sends them into the roster without filling at the top. Mine arrived with significant micro-dimples where the center of each bit repeatedly hit the tip. I (guess) it's not good for bits. Viking - please spend an extra 50 cents to add a small addition to the list.
