Slim and easy to use. We live in wine country and appreciate the convenience and ease of opening bottles. It's rechargeable, but we hide the charger and haven't had to use it after a couple of weeks.

I have been opening battery operated wines for many years. This one is the prettiest so far. The only downside is the performance. It's pretty slow. I'm afraid the engine will die faster, but I hope not. Aesthetically it's perfect for a bar!

I love the look! Unfortunately, the design doesn't work well. I have had others in the past and they have lasted longer and worked great. We have it there less than a year and it no longer opens. It keeps sounding like the batteries are getting low (charging). I still enjoy watching, but now my husband won't open bottles because it sucks.

My wife persuaded me to buy a car opener. I have been using the "waiter friend" opener for many years. I chose this partly because it suits my bar. I use about 10 days on a single charge. It's one bottle a day, so 10 bottles. I also tested it by having my bottles recapped and recorked. Probably used about 20 times since it was charged. I like the device. Easy to use and white looks great in my new bar.

Terrible quality of service... Item stopped working exactly 1 year after purchase, 2 year warranty. No service, Revain will direct you to this seller who will direct you to Revain. Terribly terrible seller and product. DO NOT waste your money on this junk. It worked fine for 10 months and then suddenly stopped charging. Spend more, buy something NOT MADE IN CHINA and that's the Revain guarantee, not some overnight seller

I watched a video of how this opener is supposed to work and fell in love. Unfortunately, mine doesn't work according to the video and I'm absolutely disappointed and frustrated about it. It rolls on a bottle cap with ease, but pulling it out is another matter. I don't remove the cork at all. It simply unscrews again, leaving the cork in place in the bottle. Such a shame. It's such a great concept and beautiful screensaver. Too bad it's useless, it's just taking up space on my countertop.

I've tried this many times with different types of wine and have yet to get it working. The screw penetrates the plug, but does not remove it. When you go to remove the cork the screw comes out of the cork and only removes half of it if you are lucky. The closest I came to removing the cork was having to screw it in 3 times until it came out far enough for my husband to manually pull the cork out.
