Folding the chair damaged the skin. The seams on the bottom were wrapped onto the top and when unfolded the leather cover on the top half stuck to the bottom half and peeled off. Also, the leather was too stiff to use without being treated with some kind of softener.

The quality of the leather on the chair is of good quality and looks durable as I have tried several times. But the frame of the chair is of cheap quality and this is noticeable even when assembling the frame. In my case, the frame didn't balance well with all four legs, and the chair started to limp. I've tried to make sure I've fastened everything well and everything fits properly, but I still couldn't make up for it, just the quality of the frame. I would recommend a quality frame separately

This chair really brings the room together. It has a nice rustic vibe and is a bit modern too. I put it in my office as a corner reading chair. It's comfortable when you sit in it a certain way, but it's also uncomfortable when you sit in it. It's definitely better than the folding chairs you bring to sports games, but nowhere near as good as anything you probably already have in your living room.
