The design of the circuit board is defective, the front of the display fell off after the 3rd use. The software does not work properly, when playing games such as cricket and double down, the score was not registered correctly and the game restarted several times in the middle of the game. UPDATE: I contacted GLD Products and they told me they would ship a replacement. I suggest contacting them if you have any problem. I may have received a defective board because the sensors started to fail and the board is now completely unusable. If I make a better replacement I will increase the star count. Reviews of faulty electronics on this item are valid. The display on what we got worked fine but there was no sound at all. The user interface is clumsy and completely unintuitive. For example, 301 defaults to 4 players, while the board supports up to 16 players per game. I should have listened to my intuition when I read a review about how low the volume really is. You probably have music or a game on your TV while gaming. I am a league player looking for a practice board between weekly games. In general very satisfied. The darts that come with them are terrible, but on average, league darts range from $40 to $80 a set, so I wasn't expecting to replace my Black Widows with free darts out of the box. Spend $10-$20 online and get a decent set, or at least buy a decent tip. A box of 100 tips shouldn't work much, and I haven't broken any yet.
