It's easy for me as an end user (customer) because I am able see what my shipment will look like before it goes through customs or even leaves Canada! This helps give peace of mind when you have no idea where your order has been since its creation until days later after leaving our warehouse!! I like that it's easy to use for both employees & customers. It has helped us keep track of our shipments & deliveries very easily! The best thing about this software application is how simple it makes everything. No more paper work - just make an online appointment or request via their website and let them do all the hardwork! I love how easy it is to use from anywhere around the world! The customer service is amazing too, always quick to respond & helpful! It's also very user friendly for any new users who are not used to using this type of software or computer system.
