I was excited to try these amino acids for muscle recovery, but unfortunately, I saw no noticeable improvement. Thanks to my knowledge gained in practice, I know that there are likely better options out there. While the price is affordable, I don't think I'll be repurchasing. Health and Household is important to me, and I don't want to waste my money on a product that doesn't work.

So far I like this product. It seems to be working as it should as I am currently following Linus Pauling's protocol for atherosclerosis prevention. I would give this 5 stars but I only started taking it a few days ago. I will most likely update my rating for this product in the future but for now I am giving it 4 stars. What is strange, however, is that it costs three times as much here.
