The best thing about Vitova is that it's very easy to use for beginners as well as experienced users alike! It has so many features I can't even begin describing them all here but there are some things like being able to add multiple contacts at once which makes life easier when sending emails or updating contact info in CRM systems etc. There aren't any downsides really apart from maybe having too much clutter/features?
