Purchased to replace Vittoria Rubino Pro 700x25c tires. The Corsa G2.0 looks good, assembles well but does not fit my 6 year old Bianchi Siempre, although Rubino and others have previously installed Vittoria 700x25c. The height of the tire makes assembly impossible. Unfortunately, I had already thrown away the boxes, assuming it would be like all my other Vittoria tires. Bought for winter. They accelerate VERY slowly but once you get up to speed they roll just as fast as a regular G2 Corsa in a straight line. My guess is that the angles on the edges touch the road more as the bike leans from side to side. On top of that, the tire sounds different even under acceleration - it doesn't have that crisp, fluffy sound. I bought these tires for my rain/winter bike that has recently had an upgraded wheelset. The new wheels have pre-fitted tubeless rims and the Conti 4 Seasons (great tires btw) I rode were very tight and very difficult to fit/remove. I think I would try these Vittorio Corsa Controls tires which are similar to Contis. fast training tires for all conditions. I bought a total of 3 pairs of Corsa tires but not all from Amazon. The first pair was very, very good. The last four have their casing shifted on the inside of the bead towards the rim so they have a very noticeable wobble before they fly out. At least you get a warning. I'm not a heavy person, my pressure is around 90. These are relatively expensive tires and when they don't burst or burst due to sidewall damage, they're fantastic.
