I bought the LG 27GN950 but the stand that came with it was huge. This was the only one I found that looked like it would go well with my table. The size is perfect, but one downside is that it sometimes sags under the weight of the monitor. The structure is simple, but could be a bit more robust. Edit: I downgraded my rating to 2 stars because now the stand won't stop tipping under the weight of the monitor. That shouldn't be happening at a $50 level.

Using this stand with a 32 inch monitor that weighs 18 pounds. The stand base/mounting bracket is well designed; made of thick metal. The monitor feels solid when placed on a stand. However, in addition to the height adjustment (which works well), the monitor also rotates. Swing tension is NOT adjustable; It consists of a mounting bracket that is attached to the post with a press rivet. It's really cheap as the monitor tends to rotate when touched - I'm deducting 2 stars for poor design.

. Very glad I came across this stand. It's much easier , cheaper and less disruptive than banging against the back of my desk to support the monitor arm clamp. This adds a good 4" to what I had before. CONS: Height adjustment isn't easy. So if you're looking for lots of micro-adjustments , instead of "set it and forget it," you'll probably need a hand instead.

I have a BenQ Mobiuz and the stand that came with it had the monitor too close to my face and I couldn't move it any further because of the stand design. I bought this and it's perfect because I can put it in any position I want without feeling awkward during long gaming sessions, online training sessions or when surfing the web. I bought the VIVO model: Stand-V001D to hold my 32 inch computer monitor. Received today, assembled in 5 minutes, I use it. This is a solid, simple stand that easily holds my 17lb monitor. Not sure why this is rated so highly. There are two glaring design flaws that make this monitor stand look bad. First, the method used to change the monitor's height is a piece of plastic that you tighten and loosen to move it. All the monitor is holding is friction. Doesn't look like learning. I ordered this stand for a 32 inch PC monitor. was that this deluxe mount was made of good solid metal. I couldn't wait to install and use it. And then I started noticing problems. There are some plastic parts in the height adjustment rod, maybe fibrous. I would prefer an all metal part. The part that slides up and down the bar is also made of plastic. The second problem is that the height adjustment is only pulled on the knob. I was hoping it would be secured by some sort of locking mechanism.
