In general the value for money is quite good. The only problem I have is the size. Welding supplies tend to be heavy, and this thing is a bit small when carrying full gear. Throw in a tank plus a decent welder plus rods, wires, clamps, cutters, masks etc and the thing gets hard to roll because there's no handle. It's missing 3 drawers, 2 side supports and they couldn't even fit the right amount of gear in the bag. Overall rigidity not impressive. I'd be surprised it actually held the weight it claims it can handle. There were no assembly instructions/instructions in the kit but I thought how difficult it could be.
