Moldy Used Item

I was so excited to get this press and start creating. When opening the box, the styrofoam broke and fell apart. The box itself is in perfect condition so the machine was unpacked and repacked in loose foam. The stickers on the machine were peeling off and the protective foam sheet was covered in mold and burned spots. The item is obviously used although the description says it is new. I paid over $300 for this machine and waited 2 weeks for it to arrive and now I have unknowingly brought an…

Bought 2 and both broke in less than 2 months, support was not helpful at all!

I bought 2 of these for my small t-shirt shop. In less than 2 months both collapsed and the company refuses to do anything about it. One of them stopped warming up, he had less than 500 clicks. There is absolutely no heat from him. The other is still having trouble getting the screw underneath to stay tight. So the pressure is gone somewhere and the time isn't working right. I am very disappointed with these machines but most important is the reaction from the company! I will never buy a house…
