The soft padding makes it easy to put on and seems to stay in place. The lack of a hard shell means I don't expect the pads to take too much wear and tear.

They are great for my 5 year old. They have velcro at the top of each sleeve and leg so they can be adjusted. Easy to put on unless I'm wearing pants, which is the only reason I didn't give all 5 stars.

My baby is thinner and these fit perfectly. I originally ordered pads with hard shells, but they turned out to be bulky and couldn't prevent them from slipping off. These pads are more likely to stay in place and provide ample cushioning.

Great product and we use it a lot in the summer months when kids don't wear long pants for cycling. I am 7 years old and bought the middle set. He sits firmly on it, as it should. His friends' parents like it so much that they order for their kids too.

Pads are flexible and comfortable for my son. He does everything from playing football to riding a bike in these pillows. without rolling. The thigh part of the sleeve is a little tight, but my baby has muscular thighs. My son is a sweaty little fella so they are difficult to put on and take off.

This design is a great alternative to traditional dual strap pads which after a short period of use can cut into and compress the skin. They look cool and offer reliable protection. The downside is that they are a little big and due to the design should be warned under baggy pants or shorts so you need to plan your trip with kids in advance.
