This refurbished soundbar had so many flaws that I don't have space to explain. Clicking noises, hissing and it wouldn't turn on after turning off the TV. I had to unplug and plug the unit back in and out of the wall 4-5 times a day to get sound. I bought a NEW one before sending back the REPAIRED one and it works great. Buy a new one or give up on those pranksters who claim to have fixed it.

I checked the purchased unit and 2 replacement units, all required communication with Vizio customer service and troubleshooting. This model has a fatal flaw: all the buttons on the soundbar and on the remote control stop working, essentially turning into a brick. One device was brought back to life by a power cycle, another was not. I am now on my 3rd and about to call customer service to request a refund. I've never dealt with e-waste like this before. Terrible!

My TV sound was terrible but the picture was fantastic. Not wanting to buy a new TV, I decided to stop there. I was very pleased.
