I liked that it was easy to use and set up for my business. The support team was very helpful with any questions I had. It's also great that you can have multiple extensions on one account. I did not like that sometimes calls would get dropped or be delayed when using the system. I would recommend this product to anyone who wants a simple way to manage their phone calls.
