Useless Tool for Automotive AC System

This tool is a waste of money for anyone looking to improve their automotive AC system. It DOESNT deliver what it promises and is frustrating to use. The only redeeming quality is that it's easy to store .However, the frustration and wasted time trying to get it to work make it not worth the investment..

Doesn't work

I don't want to give a bad review as I may be doing it wrong. The device has red and green wires on one side and two red wires on the other side. I tried to use a photovoltaic battery. Connect the red wire to + and the green wire to -. I spaced the ends of the red output wires about 3mm apart, nothing happened. Am I doing something wrong or is the device defective? -jc
