I needed to increase the handlebar height on my treadmill. Treadmills have a shorter running surface. The bars are too low for my height and I tend to bend at the waist when walking. I used a clamp on each side and clamped a piece of black iron pipe perpendicular to the handlebar. I now have the barbell at the perfect height and can walk comfortably with a straight back. I didn't rate the durability but the clips are aluminum and appear to be well made.

I actually used them to mount a flashlight on a disc golf cart. At first I was disappointed that they were all plastic and the orange parts were not yet installed in the clamps. After repeated use, these clips hold up very well! I like the adjustable strap. This really allows you to mount them on lanterns and milestones of different sizes. To keep the orange internals of the clip from dangling when opening the clips, I left them tightly locked on the disc golf cart and flashlight. A few days…

Nice and cheap. Store single cell 18650 and 26550 flashlights on my bike fork with only simple modifications to the latter. The plastic inner pads are quite stiff and difficult to slide into place, which helps warm them up a bit and apply non-petroleum based lube (I used refined cocoa butter, worked great). Aim the flashlight beam at the desired angle of attack. The quick-release levers are quite cumbersome and the metal parts feel like chrome steel that will rust a bit with prolonged exposure…
