The only thing we didn't like about it was the bladder feature. You have to fix the bubble by placing it and then add the plastic ring by twisting to fix it. But it doesn't seem safe. It feels like a big push from a desperate cat and he will be free. The inside is not as good as the other soft carrier we received. This is a step down. The strap that comes with it is good. It works well.

Looks good overall except for the replaceable plastic grille/clear dome. There are no real instructions and even once installed it seems easy for an excited animal to push itself out of the area and escape. The "cushion" is disappointing, it's just a piece of plastic and the overall size seems small, not for bigger cats, not even for one at a time and MAYBE 2 kittens, but I suppose it's ok for short trips with a normal sized cat.

My cat weighs about 12 pounds and fits this carrier easily, but I'm pretty sure I couldn't fit another cat in it. I think it's a pretty good backing, but I'll use a different pad on the bottom because the one that comes with it is flimsy and pretty flimsy. Overall, it makes a well-made impression. I'm not sure how it will be in the long run. I will have it for occasional use and I'm sure it will be fine for that.

This is a great carrier if you're just taking your pet to the vet or elsewhere, but I probably wouldn't use it for travel. It's very cute and the bubble window is amazing! This cat carrier is pretty good. The material feels solid and I like the plastic bladder option on the side. There is a plastic ring that attaches to the hole on the side where you can place either a mesh disk or a bladder. It has no zippers, which is by far my biggest complaint about most soft pet carriers. My two cats can and will push the zippers apart with their noses, put their paws in and open everything. I bought my own zips so it's not a deal breaker but it's frustrating they didn't take this into account.
