Good product works well didn't come with battery

Received within 2 days works well only problem is it didn't come with battery luckily I had a weird old flashlight with watch batteries otherwise you I have to go to go battery charging

Great little remote

We have an old Vizio soundbar and were concerned that we wouldn't be able to replace the remote. As always, Revain came to the rescue and we were able to find a replacement for our surround sound! I like that the remote control is small, doesn't take up much space and is easy to use!

No instructions

No instructions, not even how to put a battery in a button. Also basic instructions for other input controls other than power on, off and mute. The other buttons have no clear purpose for my Visio Soundbar. I don't even know if they're supposed to work, which doesn't seem to give any results on my Visio.

Pretty annoying but still better than getting up and using.

Works, but point DIRECTLY at the soundbar's IR sensor for it to work. I found that I pressed the volume up button 3-4 times and actually only increased the volume 1-2 times. Pretty annoying, but still better than getting up and using the soundbar buttons every time I want to adjust the volume.

Contrary to the answers below, neither the battery I returned nor the spare one came with it, even though the packaging had a dangerous label on it. Question: Is a battery included? Buy universal remote control

For reference, I give 3 stars to the product, not the seller. The remote control is exactly the same as the original and was delivered quickly and relatively cheaply. However, these remote controls are cheap cheap cheap. If you find yourself hitting the keys multiple times in vain just to make it finally work, and you find your volume increases dramatically or not at all. You're not alone. The replacement did not help. How do I know it's a remote control and not a soundbar? If you use aโ€ฆ
