When I first received this phone a year ago, I noticed a loud buzzing in the handset (like a chainsaw) if you didn't keep your finger on the charging contacts during a call or if you were using an additional headset. This phone also lacks a dual keypad, meaning you have to dial from the handset first and then turn on the speakerphone on the base. I found this very impractical. Although the connection is very clear and the range is completely sufficient for my purposes (walking outside the home), the answering machine in this phone is really annoying.
