I use a lot of water from the stream. After losing the pump due to small rocks, I installed it. Works great, prevents stones, branches etc. from entering the pump. I wash it every two weeks and clean the screen.

Meets my expectations for performance and ease of installation. Transparent plastic facilitates visual assessment of sediment content; easy removal of accumulated sediment. I recommend it to anyone who has spring water.

This is a great product for water filtration. We have very fine manganese oxide particles in our well water which this removes so we don't end up with black water lines or clogged sensors. When installed with a ball valve after the filter block, this enables the residues in the siphon to be flushed out without having to be dismantled again and only briefly interrupting the water supply.
