This premium automotive vinyl by VViViD Vinyls is specially engineered for DIY'ers. This durable film is ideal for long-term fleet and motorsport marketing applications, and provides a lightweight, economical alternative to paint. At 3.9mils in thickness, the film will stretch and conform to any shape and thick enough that discoloration, stretch marks and other visible defects when wrapping and driving are kept to a minimum. This product has built in VViViD Air Release, VViViD Resist, and VViViD Heat Fuse technologies to support the DIY'ers and the professional look of the completed quality. See the product description below for the details about these technologies. Application: Dry. Adhesive : Solvent-based, repositionable, permanent adhesive. Life: This vinyl is expected to easily last 5-7 years outdoors. This Vinyl can be installed using 3M 94 Primer and 3M Edge sealer, these are not mandatory, these products will promote adhesion and add life to your vinyl. The sealer or primer will not remove the glue, deform the vinyl or ruin the texture unlike cheaper quality films.

Vinyl was torn on vinyl sheets

Goods received quickly but vinyl is damaged. It was torn into the vinyl itself about 8 inches along the tape line. I have asked for a contribution to be sent to me. Once this is done and I have a good working product I will update this review.

Easy for those who do it themselves.

These Stuff Work Great. I used it to attach the bow tie to my Chevy Silverado and it looks great. I will definitely be buying more for other projects. I would recommend this product, it's very easy to use and quite durable.

Strong film quality, great texture and color

I have been using Vivivid products for many years, this is another winner. Durable, easy to attach and move. I replaced some faded decals on my caravan and it worked great.

Carbon fiber gold good for vinyl wrap and accessories

Vinyl is good I've used it to set up a couple of hair clippers. If you are looking for a shinier finish check out the chrome gold this will be my next purchase. It takes a bit of trial and error to get it right, but overall it does what it's designed to do!

Has great optics! Easy enough to put on.

It was pretty easy to use for a beginner. Of course, I decided to wrap the complex surface the first time. It's holding up well so far and I love the look of the finish. It has good elongation and springback when heated. Getting cut and straight lines is the hard part, I will be ordering more and I am thrilled with the product!

Works great with a heat gun!

For those of you who know how to dry apply vinyl, a well prepared surface, a razor, scraper or credit card and a little patience will make this application very easy. In total it took about 30 minutes to make 2 of these sides on a black sandtex powder coat. Vinyl is easy to cut and shape! Don't forget to give yourself some space to tuck in, or if you're cutting a panel, cut to the brim! After trimming, attach with a heat gun and you're done!

Shrinks a lot after application but not before the return period. Buyer Warning. You will get stuck on that.

This vinyl looks beautiful. It applied well and I had no problems applying it. It wraps around the telescope tube. Wrapping was relatively easy. Dismantling the telescope took a long time. The assembly of the telescope also took some time. Now I have to do it again because the foil I bought shrinks. Who makes a bandage that shrinks after it's applied? I also bought white carbon fiber sheeting from the same company and wrapped the same telescope as this telescope at the same time. The film is…
