Description of Enhance Privacy with VViViD One-Way Perforated Black Vinyl Privacy Window Film

Acrylic-base adhesive is easy to apply and remove. Requires no previous wrapping experience!. 50/50 Micro-perforated surface allows for one-way vision; black on both sides, but only see out from within. Protects commercial store displays and helps to prevent break-ins, thefts and vandalism. Easy clean surface is a breeze to maintain and air-release adhesive makes the film simple to replace if vandalized. Grime and scratch resistant surface lasts 4-7 years on outdoor surfaces, up to 10 on indoor surfaces.

Impossible to work.

The material is corrugated so tightly that it cannot be ironed out. Laid in the sun all day, still too tight. Seems to stick well and thick enough, can't tell inside from outside, looks the same on both sides, I cut small 10x22 inch sections, flip them over, material is peeling off adhesion. I hate leaving bad reviews but this is the worst stuff to work with, very disappointing.

Savings from artificial grass

I recently installed artificial grass next to energy efficient windows and its reflection melted the fibers. I did a lot of research to solve this problem. Come to find out, the only thing I could find was Turf Guard window film at a HUGE price. Knowing that VViViD sells perforated vinyl, I tried it and it WORKS. No more burns on my new artificial grass. Tip: The vinyl should be placed outside the window.

Pros
  • High test scores for support and durability
Cons
  • Minor issues

Very subtle difference

It works well for me because I only needed a minimal amount of tinting. If you are looking for an essential dark shade, this is NOT FOR YOU. car and go to the other side. The photo I posted is the other side of my truck. If you fit snugly against the window, you can easily look inside. If you step back about 18-2 feet, it seems to block a little more. BUT the further you go the easier it is to see, to the point where the difference is minimal. For application, if simple enough, I recommend the…

Not the "one-sided " look as advertised.

This is the worst mistake I have ever made purchasing this product. This is clearly not a one-sided view. You can see my life jacket and all the contents of my van. I only taped one window and bought 5 rolls to cover the entire van. Application is not as easy as it might seem as I ended up getting wrinkles. I'm just as concerned about wrinkles as what you can see straight through the window. I removed the window to make it easier to use. Since I wasn't even halfway through applying the foil, I…
