The product had defects. It wouldn't work for a window. I used it as a shelf pad. I left support and installed it. It looks good and works.

Warning. Even the seller claims to protect from UV, it is NOT! The installation went well. It looks like the foil was cut to width with scissors. Unacceptable.

Really misty when applying. I bought another brand from Revain which was crystal clear. Also came with a crease leaving a white mark and no instructions.

Get familiar with using this product if you have never done it. There is a process/technique. If in doubt, it is better to go to the manufacturer's website. But it holds up pretty well (thicker than regular tinted film) and looks great.

At first I was nervous that 4 mil wouldn't be enough. I was wrong, it was perfect for my jar on my spice cabinet. I have little ones so I wanted to make sure this jar is safe for them. I have used this film to protect windows in my backyard where my GSD likes to draw our attention by scratching or tapping on the window.
