Do not buy vinyl sheet and accessories

I have a 3 x 5 table that I wanted to cover. It should have been 3 x 5. Is not it. My table is ruined now. It's about 1/2 inch shorter.

Pros
  • GOLS certified
Cons
  • Some difficulties

Works great with vinyl and accessories

Amazing Amazing product. I used vvivid about 3 years ago and the technology might not have been the same so it wasn't as easy as it is now unless I went crazy and just did it back then. My project came out perfect, packaged perfectly, fit and stretched where I needed it when I thought I screwed up. I'll be buying more soon.

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • So far so good

Great product for vinyl

However, vinyl was easier to work with than mine. I applied it over the bondo and primer on the hood of a Datsun 240z. I plan to wrap the whole car in foil after this attempt. The vinyl itself took about 4 hours to attach the hood itself. I would suggest a friend. I used it as a learning experience. It takes a lot of patience and time to get it right. Overall the vinyl worked well.

Pros
  • handy item
Cons
  • outlet required

Air release technology, my ass.

I tried to get rid of the air bubble but it just wrinkled the foil. Because of this I had to constantly pull it off the hood and after so many tries the film started peeling off the factory paint and after that I couldn't use the film because it didn't stick to the car. A very dissatisfied customer. I would return the film and ask for a refund but in the end the film was crushed into a big ball and thrown in the bin.

Pros
  • Quality construction
Cons
  • Discontinued

Good for the price. difficult to work with

Good material, but rather difficult to work with. I have a 2010 Ford Mustang Convertible and the white doesn't match the factory paint but I tried to install it anyway. After spending 2 hours laying it wrinkle free I was about to give up because I ruined the vinyl so I decided to get creative and try to make something that wasn't ruined. My final results are pretty good so if you have the time go for it. Took me about 4 hours to get this done from start to finish

Ideal for wrapping countertops!

I did not use this for automotive purposes. So if you are looking for this in a review, please reach out to others. I bought these to wrap my computer desk as I was bored with the old "fake wood" look. This material is very durable and comes in secure packaging. The finished look will be flawless if you take the time to remove any air bubbles. I do not make a living from vinyl in any way so take this review with a pinch of salt but if like me you are looking to change the look of your…

Pros
  • Perfect for outdoor activities

Good vinyl, terrible adhesion problems: see review.

VViVid Vinyl is my favorite material for hobby, craft and car wrapping. Rating has now been adjusted as I have had more time to work with the product. The quality of the vinyl is good, the thickness is high and works well for many applications. The problem is that the gray glue used is also thick and very viscous. On all my car decals, even in low ambient temperatures, the adhesive bleeds out at the edges of the vinyl and creates a very ugly dirt buildup around the decals. This vinyl is…
