This worked great as a replacement for my Whirlpool dishwasher. The main thing is to check the size of the wheels. Replacing parts is pretty easy. The plastic on this new part is stiffer than the original that broke. Hopefully this will make the new part last longer. I guess time will tell, but changing it every two years isn't the worst thing in the world.

The original upper basket casters are terrible and broke after less than 6 months of use. They are NOT easy to install and it's not intuitive how to remove or install the old ones, but there are good videos on You-Tube. Once installed they are GORGEOUS and vastly improve on the old ones. They've been in use for 3 months now and seem to be doing their job well as a replacement. Yes, I would recommend these.

Cheap material and doesn't last long. This product comes in a 2-pack. Bought in September 2020 and already changed the product twice at my own expense. The plastic part that holds the wheel broke on the first change. Did the same for the second time. Don't buy, just buy the genuine part you want to avoid so you don't have to deal with the same broken parts over and over again. Wouldn't recommend it.

Directions would be nice. I have a hot tub and luckily I found a basic video on YouTube. I don't have any craft skills so I was pretty impressed with myself that I did it. The plastic is hard. A warning - this is just the bottom part. You have to keep the top pieces of what you have there. I decided to only replace one side as I was afraid of breaking the part on the side that wasn't broken. And who knew the top shelf on my dishwasher was adjustable lol!

Rating changed. Broke exactly 1 month later. Even the return period was only one month :(. So - stayed in search of an alternative. Last year my dishwasher broke a few parts, I ordered some of these replacement parts. They worked fine for a few months, then I noticed the shelf was sagging a bit. The exchange didn't help either, so I ordered the same parts again. I then received an email from Monkemon saying they noticed I had placed two orders a few months apart and the parts were covered by a one year warranty. We have a hydromassage dishwasher. I'm not sure what the model number is. One side of the top shelf is broken. Wheels arrived disassembled.
