Over a year ago the top shelf on our dishwasher broke. He falls off the counter and the wheels keep flying across the room. We could get a new frame for $400. Or a new $700 dishwasher. Or have a $300 mechanic fix it. Or I could try to fix it with an $80 kit. Every YouTube video says that a complete kit is needed to solve the problem. I figured out what was wrong with that after realizing I didn't need the $80 kit. I just needed this information. Everything else was fine and could be reinstalled once the old ones were removed. So I bought that. Took the old one apart according to YouTube and then just redesigned it again. It's like a new rack! It was a little difficult to "shoot" the parts as I was afraid of breaking something. But as long as you take your time, it will come right away, and now you've saved hundreds of dollars. I didn't time it but it lasted about 10 minutes and that was with my 2 year old running around me. Just make sure you take one side off and attach the new part, and with it all the other old parts related to the one before you. It was way easier than the guy explaining it on YouTube. Much luck!
