For the second time in 3 months I had to replace this stupid thing. When it broke the first time I blamed the kids, both wheels are broken. Yesterday I put the dishes down and the right roller broke. Broken. normal use. We installed this a month ago.

"Real" replacement parts are now made of metal. There's a reason. Plastic is not dishwasher safe. The plastic parts in this one are even weaker than the original. The search for original spare parts takes time and additional costs.

Parts arrived, my husband installed them immediately. The top shelf of our dishwasher was so wide that we couldn't get it out without falling over. The new part solved the problem for about 2 weeks and now we are back on the top shelf falling off. At the moment I'm not sure whether I will look for a replacement part from another supplier or simply buy a new dishwasher.

Purchased to replace worn/faulty parts. According to my Revain order history, pretty much exactly a year later I had to buy again. Plastic parts just don't last long with normal use. I even use the recommended Finish brand detergent. However, it's still cheaper than official manufacturer parts, which didn't last much longer initially. In addition, the replacement part fits perfectly.

Replacement part was fitted 4 months ago and the wheel broke. When removing the replacement part, the entire assembly broke into 2 pieces. I recommend getting a replacement advertised as "Heavy Duty Wheel Support" which appears to be significantly more reliable after a clean install. Parts (clips, etc.) that can be reused from the original assembly.

Bought this item and was initially disappointed that it was only 1 piece as shown in the pictures and the description are unclear and seem to imply 2 parts. The part actually broke as shown in another buyer's support photos where the plastic on the front wheel just broke. Normal daily use and initially appeared to be of good quality but I suspect the plastic used will not withstand normal dishwasher temperatures.

My Kenmore dishwasher (less than 2 years old!) was missing a wheel in the top basket and instead of paying even $100 to a mechanic I decided to fix it myself. I ordered this part even though I wasn't 100% sure it would fit my dishwasher model, but for less than $13 it was a low risk situation. The item arrived within 24 hours of my order and I was able to solve my problem within half an hour. Most of the time was spent figuring out how to get the old part off. Money well spent!
