Kit worked fine except for the middle clip. It has not been approved for a secure connection with the outer main mount. I tried connecting them with pliers, but without a dice. After a few washes I found the clips on the underside of the washing machine and used zip ties to secure them. So far, so good.

I ordered this pack in lieu of one piece to ensure I have what I need and a spare. Fits perfectly in my Kenmore Elite Dishwasher with no need for trimming as some posts have mentioned. The exchange took about 5 minutes, works perfectly. Can't comment on durability yet, but it seems strong. The time will show.

The system says it is suitable for my dishwasher. It didn't have white wheels so it doesn't fit the rails! Also, the return window was closed so I lost money. It's only frustrating when the model number they say fits isn't right. IF YOU NEED THE WHEELS ON THE SHELF ADJUSTER TO SLIDE INTO THE HANDS OF THE DISHWASHER - THIS IS NOT IT!

New parts appear to be well made. Our Kitchen-Aide dishwasher is only 4 years old so we are very disappointed that the original part broke so quickly. That was the main reason we didn't use OEM parts. Based on the feedback on the replacement part, I'm confident it will last longer. But only time will tell. Very happy at the moment.

The plastic side brackets on our KitchenAid dishwasher are so rusty they're practically falling apart. Had to order these because a tiny piece of plastic that was on the top shelf bracket was falling apart. According to their report, my husband and brother-in-law were able to replace the parts without too much trouble (two old men - that's saying a lot!) - the same plastic part on the other side of the shelf broke while tinkering with it, it was so great that these parts came in pairs! No shaving is required for the pieces to fit together and so far has managed to stay intact after 3-4 washes! I
