WaitronBot Review

I like that it's easy to use with no coding knowledge required! We have been using this bot in our food truck business since 2018 when we first launched but now as an online platform (website). It is super helpful because you don't need employees at each of locations anymore - they can simply order through their phones via waitronsbobot or any other messenger app available these days such WhatsApp etc.. Our average time spent waiting has reduced significantly after implementing bots into system

The bot has been really good to use as it allows us to focus more time in other areas of our business rather than taking orders via text message which can be difficult with young children or elderly people that we have helping out at the moment. Sometimes I wish there was a little bit more flexibility but this is only due to my own preferences not because of anything wrong with the product itself. We are using waitronbot to take order from customers whilst they're seated in our restaurants…
