Walker 16198 Ultra Converter Compliant Review

Thanks to my knowledge gained in practice, I can confidently say that this exhaust converter is not worth the price. Although it does its job in reducing emissions, the installation process was extremely difficult and time-consuming, causing frustration and unnecessary stress.

This product as described does not fit for 2008 Infiniti FX35. The distance between the catalytic converter and the Y-shaped exhaust pipe is almost 2 inches. There was also a rattling sound from the converter itself, tearing off metal particles.

So many issues, the biggest one is not compatible with the 08G35 sedan. The flange to the manifold has a smaller tube and bolt pattern. The length and angle are slightly different and the support bracket attachment point is in the wrong place. In addition, this product has poor construction, especially the heat shield, which is poorly attached. Already had an inner rattle right out of the box.
