Great quality at a bargain price

I bought this muffler for the wrong purpose. I needed a 3" inlet with two 2-1/4" outlets to aftermarket my 2004 Hemi Ram. This muffler from Walker fits the bill and runs quietly. Sturdy and durable stainless steel construction. I expect this to last a long time.

Husband. It replaced the stock muffler on a 1992 Chevy Silverado 350. We're sick of the pounding in our heads from the sound of the muffler. This is a very quiet muffler for a truck. There's a slight rumble on startup on this 350 cid, but it's quiet at idle and cruising. I am happy. When I took my mom to dinner in this truck, she even remarked on how quiet it was.

I've been looking for the perfect silencer for about 3 months. I've owned Borla, Flowmaster, Flowtech and many other unnamed brands. It's all over now. i found this Professionally installed and I've been unhappy ever since! Runs smooth at idle, but growls a bit under hard acceleration! From an old vet. do the right things Go ahead, don't hesitate. Buy this. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED! Walker 22719 Quiet Flow Stainless Steel Muffler!

Great silencer! in spare parts

The old adage still applies, it's too loud, you're too old, I'm too old!. This muffler sounds just right. I installed this muffler with 2 1/4" tailpipes on a 1996 F-150 with a 5.8 liter engine. The exhaust has already been changed to a 3" pipe and the Walker Quiet-Flow SS replaced that typical chambered brand silencer. The Quiet-Flow SS has a nice, low rumble at idle, a gentle bark when accelerating is almost silent at high speeds, and the pant's feel of performance is as good or better thanโ€ฆ

The perfect fit... now it's a walker, from head to tail.

A few years ago I replaced the muffler and tailpipes on my 1990 Chevy K2500 350 long cab pickup (141.5" wheelbase) and it fit perfectly. As another viewer noted, the picture is wrong and this muffler has a 3" inlet with two 2-1/4" outlets and I would also suggest using the Walker website to get the correct part number and then look for the best price I had to replace the engine because it was burning oil so I also replaced the transfer tube, torque converter and added an extension tube becauseโ€ฆ
