Detailed but not certified for Federal Smog

I buy 2 for my 2003 Ford Ranger 3.0 truck they fit but I was able to come by, this is a title conversion, not federally registered.

This muffler had the perfect inlet/outlet/offset and went in without a headache when .

Bought for my '98 Dodge Dakota along with a Walker Universal Cal Cat. Holy cow, I was surprised to learn that this is an almost exact OEM replacement! This muffler had the perfect inlet/outlet/offset and went in with no headaches! If you need a muffler for a '98 Dodge Dakota V6, this is the perfect replacement AND a good reason to convert from headers to exhaust headers! It sounds great, fits perfectly and made me very happy!

The car ran fantastic in every way until this cat was fitted

Can I leave zero stars? The only plus of this cat is that I could approx. but it was completely clogged in 2 weeks and I watched my mpg drop from 38mpg to 27mpg and my car started to overheat during the same drives that I do went to work 5 days a week for the last 2 years with no problems. I was able to pass smog with no headroom, the MAXIMUM NOx limit was set to pass, if I had waited a day or two it wouldn't have happened. The car drives fantastic in every other way until this cat is fitted…
