Fastened in P44 to the air duct in the kitchen. There gypsum is 50-55 mm in total. I did not use native fasteners for walls from the bracket itself. I took fischer's 8x40 nylon dowels and simple 5x60 self-tapping screws for 100 / bucket. I put 5 dowels (4 along the edges and banged one into the center) - everything stands rigidly and firmly, you can pull yourself up. The main holes are drilled to size, do not break them. The TV hangs on this bracket for 8-9 months. It regularly turns in the right direction, no sagging or loose connections have occurred. There is also a slope. I adjusted it once and never touched it again. Metal - not foil, durable and reliable. There are decorative overlays that act as cable channels. Convenient, but I didn't need it. There are 4 or 5 sets of fasteners for different TVs in the box, I didn’t have to buy anything extra.

I had to measure to center the TV. The pad covering the bolts dangles and jumps off when the bracket is turned.

The bracket is excellent. I took a diagonal of 32 for the telly. It holds well, we constantly turn it to the left, then straight. Nothing sticks, no need to twist. Reliable. Acceptable for the price.
