Stand is a lot more sturdy than I thought it would be. Knife set is razor sharp. Used all but small knife feel good in hand wile cutting meats or veggies fruit to. GREAT SET

This knife is excellent for chopping onions and veggies. Easy to hold and Very sharp. I bought it for myself, but it comes very nicely boxed and would also make a great gift.

This set is stunning! I love the quality of knives without breaking the bank. If you have a knife sharpener that’s all it takes every now and then but you should be sharpening your knives anyways.

Smaller than it looks

This is a really nice knife. I've no complaints with how it feels in my hand, how it performs, how sharp it is, or how well it's made. The wood is absolutely gorgeous! So much so, I could ALMOST overlook it being small for 5". Maybe it was me, but my 1st reaction after ogling the wood handle was the blade seemed short. I haven't, and won't, bother to measure it. I'm keeping the knife because of all the aforementioned reasons. It really does do the job. 5 stars for that!

surprisingly good. good for me

I bought both knife as gift for my husband. he loves them. I think it is a smart and economical idea of not having whole piece out of damascus but only the blade part. The handle and everything looks premium quality.We have a $399 damascus cleaver but mistakenly used it on the frozen meat, the blade chipped. Now I bought the two for different tasks and they handled well so far. And the price is just UNBEATABLE, no pressure (of breaking it)at all xD

I LOVE this knife! best in my review

This knife is exactly what I was looking for in a knife. A nice weight, and so sharp! Best of all, it is great for left handed people as well. That's hard to find in a knife. If you're left handed you know we're usually on the wrong side of the blade. lol. Perfect. That's what I'm calling this knife. Now if they will get a nice hefty paring knife to match, I'll be in knife heaven.

My wife and I were gifted a set of Henckels Twin Signature knives about 15 years ago when we first moved in together. Over the years I broke the smaller knives, but have been overall satisfied with the larger knives. Nice knives with properly sized handles Fits well in my hands (big), I like the steel, it sharpens well. I like the blade profile very much. Easy to work with, easy care. DON'T put them in the dishwasher. Like them so much I bought 6 different models
