6-Pack of Walnut Hollow Value Medium Basswood Country Planks with Live Edge Bark - Ideal for Woodburning, Home Décor, Rustic Weddings, and More Review

I really enjoy working with this basswood from Walnut Hollow, they have some of the best firewood on Amazon at a good price, the quality of the wood is great, I've tried other companies and wish I had just not started buying from them, i know i will receive the product i expect, thank you for offering these pieces of wood to others for sale.

This spring/summer I bought 4-5 packs of medium sized basswood sheets and on 10/25/20 I received 6 more packs. All orders were great except for the last two! For some reason the last two orders the slabs came UNBOXED and not only were they in rough shape but there were a lot of small slabs in there too? I switched to Walnut Hollow from Wilson Linden a while back, maybe I need to change my mind? 2 stars for the price of 6 records has always been a plus.

I've used Walnut Hollow products for years and would never buy basswood from anyone else! The wood is always completely dry, the bark doesn't come off and holds the color REALLY well. I use it specifically for my wood burning art. The price of this wood is also right, everyone should buy this material! I particularly like the fact that each piece is unique, just like wood should be :) Every now and then I'm lucky and get a piece with a figure pattern!

I've probably bought more than 7 sets of 6 boards and overall am very happy with them. My last order of 12 arrived and I found that they arrive no longer boxed and sealed like other orders. I also received the first board which didn't fit me (picture attached). I realize there have always been some in the past that were about an inch wider, but that's fine, but this time the board is completely useless for my projects. I wish they were still wrapped and the boardpickers need more time.

This is the second time I purchase this woodcraft set. The first time the tree I received was beautiful. All pieces were measured close to what they should have been and the wood was flawless. This time, however, I wasn't so lucky. The only two pieces in the box that were measured correctly had very large, ugly imperfections. Not suitable for pyrography. The other four are beautiful but much smaller than they should be. One was 6 inches wide, one was 51/2, one was 7 and the third was 61/1. I am
