Installing the program was very easy!

This document scanner does its job perfectly! It was very easy to install the software on my laptop. The instructions are very easy to follow, the software comes on a USB rather than a DVD which is great as I use the same USB to store images of my documents. It has high image quality. It is adjustable and durable. The auto focus is a great feature. Very easy to use. This is a high quality product. I highly recommend it!

Learning curve and user guide

Product works as described by supplier; the mentioned functions are really available. The setup with my laptop is also smooth. But I'm having a hard time figuring out how to get the software to output the PDF the way I want it as there are multiple options under Image Settings and I've spent some time trying the differences in each option here before you choose the right one. Suggest that the supplier improves the manual as there is still a lot left unsaid for the user to find out in the…

Installation documentation

The installation instructions say to install the software from a CD - there was a USB stick in the box where the installation manual and software were found. Improved media for this, but documentation needs updating. (Many/most modern PCs don't have CD drives, but all have USB, so that's good.) Try it first - the display interface can't find the device. Uninstalling and then reinstalling solved the problem. I figured it's best to copy the contents of the USB stick to my PC's hard drive and…
