Not very strong in construction so care must be taken not to put stress on the cable. However, they're not expensive and I keep a few in case I need a "spare" that's ready to use and easy to install.

Wires are pushed out of the jumper holder when trying to insert them into the contacts. I ended up splicing them with some other wires so I didn't really care, but they're pretty poor quality. I have a computer store if I think that helps.

I'm always building different PCs and fumbling around with different motherboards. I always build and test my hardware before building it into an enclosure. Saves time when you have a problem. This switch makes it easy to start the motherboard without a screwdriver.

My 4 year old Dell power button has stopped working. Since my power switch connects to a 10-pin connector (or was it 8?) on the motherboard, I cut the 2-pin connector that came with this kit and attached new wires to the 10-pin connector and routed the wires through the front vent. Not pretty, but it works. It remains to be seen how durable it will be. Even though my car is old, I didn't want to spend more.

I wouldn't give these stars if I could. None of them worked, and two had wires exposed through the plastic. I send back. Update: The seller contacted me regarding a replacement. I will give them two more stars just for that and I will update again when I get a new batch. Update 2: (This is actually my second time doing this.) Good price for 3 momentary power buttons for computer. I use mine to clear the CMOS jumper buttons. As a true replacement for a power button, I don't know how anyone would want to use them specifically for long periods of time (they're generally awkward to press, but that's not why I bought them). The edges are rough and the hard repeated presses make it unwise to use the case's power button for long periods of time, so you might want to look for an alternative.
