Easy to install in 30 minutes. Arrived almost fully assembled and wired. Simply route the cables to the battery, screw on and voila! Works like a dream.

Installation was easy, did it myself. The only problem I had was that a zip tie didn't hold up but went around it. The winch works great. Don't forget to order the mounting plate.

The winch works fine with the remote connected but the wireless function does not work. The LED doesn't even try to light up, so I'm assuming the battery is bad. The battery is strange, I can't replace it.

Warning - one of the best, however it arrived with a dead battery in the wireless remote control. I called Warn and they sent another one, they are not rechargeable. Overall very happy with the purchase. I got a new battery and the WiFi works great.

My second winch from Warn. They are very easy to install and provide security without getting stuck. Purchasing another winch could not be dreamed of. The price you pay is a little higher than others, but Warn has never let me down and never will. Don't risk your recovery

I bought this winch and it doesn't look new. The winch was delivered disassembled and was missing screws for assembly. I contacted the seller and they told me to warn me immediately? I had an automatic trend alert transaction. Take responsibility for the products you sell.

This winch is used! Synthetic rope was used and the rope is frayed all over. And there are scratches on the legs where it makes contact with the winch plate. The announcement has started a NEW WINDS WARNING! A damaged plastic winch is extremely dangerous. Whoever ever sold this should be fired.

Item arrived today and as another reviewer noted some parts were missing. There is mold protection in the photo, but not in the box. I've been misled I don't like being fooled". There's no cost. I was able to order the chaff guard at the same time. Now I've lost even more time. I have 3 Warn winches and use them every day. I like the product, but I like it it's not about being "lied to".

This review could have had one star and I thought about it at some point. First winch I've pulled the cable in but not pulled out. I called Warn and spoke to a woman named Judy who quickly put me in touch with a local Warn dealer who promptly exchanged my defective unit for a new one in the box. The second device worked great, the installation was easy. My setup was in a Jeep JLU Wrangler.
