Things You Should Know

These balls were inexpensive, but they never completely eliminate the need for detergent as they don't remove stains and don't seem to do much. I understand the theory behind this which is why I bought them to see for myself how well they would work. I'm not sure how well they clean, but they seem to do their job well. The advertisement that says you can refuse detergent is just a lie, so you should look at it with your eyes wide open. The product itself does not claim this. Maybe it's the…

Was skeptical, but now made new

Well yes. The color convinced me. I didn't really think they would work so I tried them out on lightly soiled towels (not bleached) that could definitely be said to need a good cleaning. Pulled out wet, sniffed and smelled clean! The towel with the culaid was no longer pink. Pretty impressed if I have to say so. Mind you, I loaded a full hot water cycle. I've also used them on a cold wash cycle and it got the sweat smell out of the shirts armpits (yes I absolutely smelled them). I'm not sure I…

Not at all what I expected!

I have already tried washing machine balls and they worked great. So I decided to try these. It's sad to say they don't work as well as I thought they would. I have a front loading washing machine and have used both balls at medium loads. Not all clothes were clean. I had to wash my son's uniform shirt. It has small black dots that weren't there before. So I ended up having to use a pre-treated and regular detergent to clean the shirt. Light blue shirt with buttons. It really doesn't smell. If…
