My kids are obsessed! They are easy to apply and if you want the colors to be more vibrant add some water before applying. Hair dye washes out easily in the shower.

My daughter got it and was very excited. The chalk leaves chunks in her hair, but they are visible and her hair is dark. I will say that after running it through my hair 3 times for 1 strand, half the chalk was gone. But she loves him and that's all that matters.

My daughter wanted to change her hair color when she was three years old, so I thought this was a good option. Unfortunately, it didn't work as well for her medium hair, only with the lighter strands she has. Also, it took several passes and she won't sit long enough for that.

If I could give negative stars, I would. I bought this for my son and daughter for fun summer hairstyles. The description said it would work on brown hair, but it didn't. Even on clean hair this product leaves a waxy feel and the color applied to the hair was dull and not vibrant as shown in the picture. It was such a disappointment.

I decided to spice up my light blonde hair with some color. I wanted something subtle, something where I could easily control where the colors are placed and how much the color spreads through my hair. I tried this set and am satisfied. I want an extra light color so I don't worry too much about getting my hair wet, but for best application hair should be damp when using the crayons. The chalk containers/pens are easy to use and make applying the chalk fairly easy and less messy than using hand

This is a really cool product. I bought it for my 10 year old daughter. She can do it herself. It's easy to use and has a zippered plastic case to keep all the chalk in place.
