It's that easy to use. So I leave the house stress-free.

Simply the best. I only go home every two weeks and turn off the water for safety reasons. Since I have room to crawl, I found it very difficult to turn off the water. Now all I have to do is press a button and my water is completely off. I recommend this to everyone.

Pros
  • Ideal for a small home
Cons
  • Crumpled packaging

This is better than a flood.

My house was recently water damaged. Not only the cost, but also the inconvenience associated with a major overhaul. The parquet floors above and below were destroyed and the plasterboard walls and ceilings damaged. Water flows from the chandelier! We were only gone 2 hours! Pool in basement due to broken faucet line on 2nd floor. If only I had installed it sooner. After years of installing intruder and fire alarms, I now understand why water can be called the "enemy within".

Pros
  • Free for educational purposes
Cons
  • Not bad

Works but wireless sensors are clearly not worth the price

Works great but I am deducting two stars because the sensors are overpriced and out of control. They have a Pro model with monitoring but not this one. So if the batteries die or the range is too great, your house will unfortunately be flooded. Also, the batteries in the sensors only last a year, which is crazy. Instead I use flood sensors that connect to my alarm system and then WaterCop controls the alarm. The sensors for my alarms are cheaper, the batteries last 8-10 years and they are well…

Pros
  • Great design
Cons
  • Expensive

Home Screensaver!: Security

Vodokanal twice saved us from flooding. On our water heater, a tailpipe ruptured at a water loss rate of about a gallon per minute. With a marble floor next to the tank, it took me very little time to swap out the floor. It turns out there was about a gallon of water under the tank when WaterCop shut off the water supply. I replaced the supply lines to the tank and within a week the hot water line had a major leak at the fitting which led to WaterCop coming to the rescue again! I cannot say…

Pros
  • It's OK!
Cons
  • Very expensive

Now I sleep better knowing I won't get flooded again.

It may not be cheap but it's worth it. After my water heater broke and the basement flooded, I said I would buy a Watercop system. The insurance company fixed my basement and after I kept saying I would book next week until one morning I went to the basement and found water on the floor due to a broken sink faucet. Shame on me for not purchasing and installing this system sooner. Thank god I noticed in time that there wasn't much water on the floor. I wiped my basement dry and ordered this…

Pros
  • Handsfree
Cons
  • Good but not great
